One question I am being asked a lot of times on my social media is, How I manage my morning routine and still manage to cook our food myself. I think that warrants a dedicated post in itself. All I want to say is I am naturally a morning person. So going through my morning routine of cooking, writing, and planning my day first thing in the morning comes naturally to me. That said, I make sure to prepare myself for a busy morning routine. So, even my kitchen routine is also planned accordingly. I do most meal prep during the weekend and every night 5 minutes to look over for next day’s meal plan.
