    Mushroom Palak Curry

    Mushrooms are cooked in spinach based gravy which is cooked in a way that it looks rich but tastes surprisingly lighter. You can cook it for an everyday Indian meal or serve it for Indian Party menu.

    Mushroom Makhana Curry

    Mushroom makhana and Palak Sabzi is delicious and healthy curry for everyday meals. It is tomato and onion based gravy which is vegan, gluten-free, low GI, and is suitable for diabetics.
