What does a kitchen need in addition to a cook and a delicious pantry? Appliances and kitchen tools, of course!

These tools are important in making your life easier and the cooking experience less taxing. I personally rely heavily on these smart appliances which save me time and a lot of energy. Grinding stones, for example, have been replaced by much faster and effective electric grinders.

I have compiled a list of 5 Must have Kitchen tools in Your Kitchen in 2016.  Let us have a look:

    1. Electric Egg cookers

It is a gruelling task to sit, observe and wait for the eggs to boil the perfect way on a stovetop. Now, you can boil eggs in a jiffy and eat the healthiest version of eggs with ease with this Mini Electric Boiler Steamer Non-Stick Frying Pan Roaster, Omelette Maker.

I love that you can cook the eggs pretty much the way you like it, omelets, sunny side up or poached eggs this one small appliance is good for everything. The sizes may depend on their capacity and most smart boilers come with an automatic cut-off function. The result? Eggs boil in around 6-7 minutes without you needing to stick around to check on them regularly.

    2. Electric Blender

These command a definite corner in your kitchen. Modern blenders also serve the purpose of a whipper and mixer with varying speed settings for different usages.

I personally use it heavily when I am baking to mix the ingredients smoothly. It is easily available online and is not extremely expensive.

    3. Cutters

These cheap and handy tools have flooded compact kitchen market recently and it is time we partake in the trend. Apples are delicious and nutritive but it takes careful efforts to cut and present them. Apple cutters save your precious time by making the process safe and quick and basically effortless. Available for under Rs.100, they produce easy slices without the sweat.

Egg cutters are also clever little gizmos which slice through boiled eggs easily. I use them to make egg sandwiches in no time! This one does both the jobs perfectly.

    4. Handy Choppers

Believe me when I say, that no one enjoys cutting vegetables as the basic step in cooking. Here is where mini choppers are godsend appliances as they chop through veggies effortlessly without leaving a mess behind. They are eco-friendly, easy to use and save you from many unwanted hassles. They are a must-have gizmo in every kitchen!

I am particularly in love with this one. you can buy it here

Handy Tip: You should team the cutters and choppers with a sturdy and reliable wooden chopping board. This will ensure that your work is limited to a particular corner and saves cleaning efforts.

    5. Vegetable Peeler

The most necessary investment among all, a peeler needs to be durable and helpful. The market is full of these little tools but the durability and ease of use are the major factors to be considered when you are buying such appliance. Top notch varieties are ergonomic and come equipped with Japanese stainless steel and comfortable grip.

I hope these help you cut down on unnecessary efforts and make sure you indulge in the exciting aspects of cooking better.
