One way to consume them is to hard boil them. This is extremely healthy as there is no oil or butter involved in the preparation and it is fairly easy to boil them.

Boiled egg salad
The one way you can increase the health quotient of your boiled eggs is to prepare it salad style. You can create a basic Egg salad or embellish the taste further by adding exotic veggies.
Keep chopped boiled eggs handy. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and paper in a bowl and add the eggs to this mixture. Add potatoes or few other chopped veggies, experiment with salad dressings if you like to bring in some variety. Enjoy this with bread or baguette. Egg Salad Recipe.

Egg Salad Sandwiches
These are rather easy to make and are a step ahead of their salad friends. Prepare the boiled egg salad as instructed above. Toast slices of bread on the stovetop using a pan. With the toasted sides facing inwards, fill it with the boiled egg filling. Pour olive oil onto the pan and grill the sandwich like a classic cheese grilled sandwich. Deviled Eggs
This is one of the most basic recipes involving boiled eggs. After cutting the eggs in halves, remove the yolks and put them in a separate bowl and plate up the egg whites. Mash the yolk until it is fluffy and mix (forever dependable) chopped onions, mayonnaise, tobacco sauce (for spice) and salt until it is smooth.
Fill the egg whites with this mixture and pop them into the fridge. Serve after garnishing it with suitable herbs and spices.
Scotch Egg

Street Style Spicy Egg Curry
You might have tried various types of egg curry recipes, but I can guarantee very few you might have tried this spicy and cheesy egg curry that combines two of my favourite ingredients, egg and cheese.

Apart from these egg recipes, you can add boiled eggs to regular pasta salads or include them in your vegetable stir-fry. You can also make the famous Indian egg curry with lots of spices.
