The other day I was watching Breakfast with Champions Virat Kohli episode and that only confirmed the fact that a day well begun with the healthy breakfast sets the tone of rest of your day. From the time I started this blog, I have always talked about the importance of a healthy breakfast and a few of my series were quite popular too.
