The other day I was watching Breakfast with Champions Virat Kohli episode and that only confirmed the fact that a day well begun with the healthy breakfast sets the tone of rest of your day. Most of us know this but still, due to lack of time or planning, end up either skipping breakfast or eating wrong things for breakfast.

From the time I started this blog, I have always talked about the importance of a healthy breakfast and a few of my series were quite popular too. One of them was breakfast for Champions and 30 Days 30 breakfast series.
