- 2 Cups Rice cooked
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Ginger Paste
- ⅓ chopped Green Bell Peppers
- ⅓ chopped Red Bell Peppers
- 2 chopped Tomatoes
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 cup Fresh Peas
- 2-3 chopped Green Chillies
- ⅔ chopped Carrot
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 2-3 cube Butter/Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1-2 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Green chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- Coriander Leaves
Add butter in a pan and splutter 1 small teaspoon cumin seeds in it.
Add 1 chopped onion, ginger paste and saute it until the onion is golden brown
Add finely chopped green chillies and carrot in the pan along with red and green bell peppers.
Add boiled potatoes (cut into pieces), fresh peas in the pan and mash them.
Allow the food to saute for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes in them.
Pour 1 small teaspoon tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and mix them well. Add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well. Add 1 small teaspoon of red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon of pav bhaji masala in the pan. Allow them to cook.
It is time to add rice (fresh or leftover ) and mix well.
Add grated cheddar cheese in the pan and squeeze some lemon juice in them.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves in the cheesy tawa Pulao .
Garnish it with fresh yogurt.
