Sometimes all you need is simple quick and tasty appetiser recipe which does not make you work too much in the kitchen. Chilli lime paneer is on such appetiser recipe which is tasty healthy and can be made very quickly.
Originally this is a tofu recipe, so if you want to make it vegan use Tofu instead of paneer. My reason for using paneer here is because Tofu is not easily available especially in smaller places. Also I have used the Homemade Paneer which can be easily made at home. I find that it's much creamier and that ensures that quality and purity as well. Give it a try you will love that.
So why deprive yourself of pleasure of enjoying this spicy and sour and sweet chilli lime paneer.

This can be a great snack for kids, high in proteins and perfectly healthy since in this recipe I pan fried the paneer. But, if you are making this for kids I suggest do not use piri piri sauce as that can have lot of chilli heat. This can make a great filling for rolls (Like these paneer rolls) and makes for a delicious lunch box option.

Also this can be great side if you are lover of meal in a bowl concept. I am going to post an interesting meal bowl soon with this chilli lime paneer as a side. So if you have not subscribed to the blog yet It's time to do it now 🙂 Lot's of healthy and tasty recipes are lined up in next few days.
