Quick Healthy tea recipes to warm you and boost immunity. With a diet modification, these teas may help in weight loss and diabetic control as well. I am sharing some of my best healthy flavourful tea recipes that are ready in just a few minutes.

Herbal teas are rather a decoction or infusion of herbs and spices and they don't have caffeine. You may add everything you like to your herbal tea: roots, flowers, leaves, seeds, fruit, or anything else you choose. These tea recipes are based on Ayurvedic principles.

The teas listed below are typically consumed hot, particularly in the morning. Because these 'teas' contain no caffeine, they can be consumed at any time of day or night.

The best thing about these tea recipes is you can make them with commonly available herbs and spices that are available in your pantry.

Although these concoctions may not taste great on their own, I usually recommend sweetening them with honey or adding a squeeze of lime juice to lessen the harshness. Try and experiment with different components until you find a tisane that suits your palate.

These recipes of homemade ayurvedic teas have a range of benefits from helping in bloating to weight loss to building immunity against viruses. Herbal teas have long been seen as saviours in the fight against the disease. Ginger, tulsi, mint, and even pepper and cinnamon are all incredibly healthful, providing a powerful uppercut against any ailment.
