Indian Meal Plan with easy recipes for breakfast lunch and dinner for a week. After posting 9 dinner plans finally, I am posting a menu plan for the whole day that includes breakfast, lunch as well as dinner.
Planning a weekly meal plan is key to eating healthy and tasty food throughout the week. If you are a busy professional or a homemaker juggling with so many things planned this Indian weekly menu plan is the best way to provide a balance of nutrition and taste on our meal plates.
So, in this week’s meal plan you will have one healthy recipe every day. Since all these recipes can be put together in less than 30 minutes, you can easily plan them ahead and you will be sorted for a week.
Why I Plan My Menu In Advance
My main motive behind starting the Weekly Meal Plan was to save time. As the majority of my time was spent worrying about what to cook on a daily basis.
Now, with Meal Plans, I can stay away from the everyday hassle of buying groceries, save my time, money and rarely order a takeout.
With meal prep, We rarely skip meals and therefore stay healthy. If you are new then Meal Prep Guide For Beginners will help you plan your meals accordingly.
Coming back to this edition of Indian Meal Plan, you would find some really delicious, wholesome and nutritious recipes on your table every day. If you have a sweet tooth or are more on the spicy side, then don’t worry I have not skipped any of that in this Week’s Meal Plan. If you want to keep it healthy just skip the dessert and eat fruits instead 🙂
All you have to do is read the meal prep, select from the menu ideas, buy the ingredients from the grocery list and enjoy a hassle-free week. All these recipes are cooked with fewer ingredients and easy to cook. Most of them take 30 minutes or less to cook. It is a perfect meal plan for busy people.
I would also like to take a moment and thank all of you for sending feedback on The Indian Meal Plan series. It is because of you all that I continue sharing these tips and plans. 🙂
