Loved it!!!! I am new to meal planning. Was looking for ideas online and found your site.... This is so helpful and so elaborate, just the way I like it. Going to binge read the posts this week. Even the pictures and presentation are topnotch. No compromise in taste or variety either. Perfect blend of cuisines over the week. Thank you for such a great post.

      Hi Rekha,
I love your recipies and websites but my question is when everyone says about meal prep they about dinner but my thinking is about breakfast and lunch too. ? I know leftovers can be eaten for lunch but breakfast is still a question to me.
And I wonder how a family's single day food look like. Am curious can you explain

Thank you Gayatri! I know most of the people talk about dinners so in two three meal plans I have talked about all three meal plan ideas and recently on my IGTV and instagram i have shown few videos to show how my fridge looks like after all meal preps etc.

It's interesting to know that a lot of Indian food can be paired with steamed rice. Due to my low stamina, I've been considering to increase my carb intake these next few months so that I can last longer when working out. Maybe trying out Indian food will help me be more enticed to eat more rice.
