INDIAN DINNER PLAN FOR THE WEEK
MONDAY DINNER PLAN
Today is the first day of the week and it is better to use the dal boiled over the weekend to use in initial days. You can make dal and mix vegetables adding all your favorite vegetables. The leftover mix veg can be used for making crispy toasted sandwiches for breakfast on the following day. Add some boondi raita for the added taste and nourishment.
TUESDAY DINNER PLAN
Most of us don’t eat non-veg on Tuesday and what better than easy Pyaz Tamatar ki sabzi and chole aloo made from the handy boiled chole. Pair up with some Kulcha or paratha with a smoky fire roasted papad
WEDNESDAY DINNER PLAN
Two days in the week and you are already tired of normal dal roti. Healthy and the tasty Thai food is a life savior when you have the green curry paste already in your refrigerator. Leftovers can be packed as lunch to impress your husband’s colleagues and kid’s friends about your culinary skills.
You have already made green curry paste and chopped mixed vegetables all you need is just mix and let them cook while you put rice to cook. Easy peasy in 20 Minutes. While you are at it, you can just cook some noodles and assemble a Pad thai salad for packed lunch for next day.

The weekend looks quite in sight on Thursday and an easy dinner for this day. You can pair it with either with Chapati/Paratha or with Steamed rice which you can make fresh or use last night’s leftovers if you have any.
