Indian Meal Plan with recipes for a week. Day wise weekly Indian Meal plan with recipes, grocery list and meal prep tips for everyday dinner under 30 minutes.
Now after successfully (well mostly) going with my Weekly India menu plan of Week-1 and Week-2 I am already writing this menu plan for week three. I have always been an organized person most of the time because otherwise with the work schedule it is sometimes so easy not to cook and order something.
Cooking at home is something that I really don't want to compromise on. There are hardly very healthy options available when you order food or eat out (I prefer to stick to our once or twice a week eat out sessions most of the time when we are not travelling).
I mostly plan my meals in advance as per my schedule. When many of you told me about the lack of availability of Weekly Indian Menu plans on the internet and requested for same, I saw it as an opportunity of bringing in more structure to plan a weekly meal plan for an Indian household.
I am so glad I am doing this because for me it means less time in cooking and we as a family are eating more healthy homecooked food.

Very nice tasty but little spicy for daily meals
We naharashtrians do not eat so spicy
For parties and kids for change it’s awesom
Thanx
