So, here I am, as promised Indian Meal plan for week two. Most of these meals are everyday Indian meal recipes which are simple and super easy to put together with a little bit of meal planning. You can cook most of these meal in 30 minutes.

- Peel Chop Potato and Freeze them
- Boil eggs
- Wash vegetables
- chop onion
- tomatoes and other vegetables
- Knead dough

Indian Meal Planning Week 2 – Dinner Plan
MONDAY DINNER PLAN
First day of the week and as we have to gain some energy for rest of the week its better to have some eggs and get that protein. Tasty kerala style egg curry and aloo baingan with roti-easy and healthy meal.

TUESDAY DINNER PLAN
We took you to Kerala yesterday, new day new city. Its going to be Rajasthani Gatte and yummy aloo gobhi and chapati for today .You can use the leftover aloo gobhi for making sandwiches in the morning.

WEDNESDAY DINNER PLAN
Today we are trying to keep it simple and healthy, so cholia paneer and simple dal fry is on our mind for Wednesday. The leftover will be packed for lunch next day.

THURSDAY DINNER PLAN
Its been 3 days into week and time for some rice . So what better than pakode wali kadhi and chawal. Easy and quick meal for the family.

So weekend is here and to celebrate it, let us have some rich malai soya chaap, toor dal and roti. You can make malai soya chaap wraps for snacks/ brunch next day.
