    Mango and Ginger Mojito

With summer at its peak and temperatures soaring it is time to chill down with some refreshing summer drinks. And how can any summer in India be complete without the Kings of fruits Mango? So Here's this cool summer drink Mango Ginger Mojito.

You just can't have enough of mango? right :). I won't say that I am crazily in love with mango, but occasionally I like to eat a mango or two just like that or use them in various desserts or drinks. This o recipe of Mango mojito which I am sharing today is not exactly a mojito actually it is a mix of mojito and a sangria but without alcohol.

So this non-alcoholic mango mojito or non-alcoholic sangria whatever you may want to call it (I am undecided still) is a delicious non-alcoholic party drink with refreshing flavors of mint, ginger and lime and sweetness of mango.Ginger is the most important Ingredient here. If you have not tried the mango and ginger combination you MUST do it now. It is soooo good!

In this recipe, I have used Mangos but if you have strawberries or peaches you can use them as well. I sometimes make it with frozen strawberries in the summer. Fresh fruits with lots of fizzy soda / sparkling water make it excellent crowd pleasing drink.

I skipped the sugar in this recipe because I used mango drink which is already sweet. If you like you can add some sugar as well.

If you want to make an alcoholic version you can go ahead and add 15ml white rum or vodka and add sparkling water as required. This version I make is a non-alcoholic Mango Mojito.

Other than Mango flavor if you are looking for more fruity and refreshing drink recipes the Apple Iced tea and Honey lemon iced tea are perfect choices too.

If you are looking for other summer drinks you may want to try  Iced tea recipe, Fizzy Jaljeera, Water Melon Mojito or Nonalcoholic Sangria, Apple Iced Tea, Cold Coffee Shake

Hi there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could get a captcha plugin for my comment form?
I'm using the same blog platform as yours and I'm having difficulty finding one?
      Thanks a lot!
