Pudina ki Chutney recipe/Indian mint chutney or Green Chutney recipe that you can serve with most Indian starters. Learn How to make Mint chutney to serve with Kabab, Tikka Pakoda etc.

Nothing can perk up a meal like a Pudina chutney or green chutney can. I am in love with fresh and aromatic flavours of both Coriander leaves and mint leaves and this green chutney contains both so a winner of recipe as far as I am concerned.
Pudina chutney is one of the must have condiments in my fridge, because it pairs beautifully with any meal, Eggs in any form taste so yummy with mint , Teens love it with Indian style Bombay Masala Eggs and Paratha for a hearty meal or a dollop added to Baked Samosa is just about good to add a spicy kick . It also goes great with Indian appetizers like vegetarian Kebabs or Paneer Tikka and not to mention that famous Bombay chutney sandwich.

And most importantly fresh mint and cilantro both are rich source of Vitamins and minerals. Cilantro or coriander leaves are rich in folic acid, Beta carotenes and vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant {100g cilantro leaves provide 30% RDA of vitamin C}. Mint too is rich in Vitamin C and contains substances that are required in production of Vitamin A.
I also use lemon juice in the chutney that helps in better metabolism as iron and some other minerals are better absorbed in presence of vitamin C so in way it helps to absorb optimum nutrition from any meal we consume.
I am always on lookout for such small but nutritionally dense foods that packs so much punch in terms of taste as well as health and Dhania pudina chutney is one of them.

Fresh Minty Chutney , tastes great with any appetizer or add a zing to any meal.
