Cabbage and Capsicum Sabzi – Capsicum and Cabbage Stir Fry – 20 Minutes Curry in Hurry
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add Asafoetida and mustard seeds.
  3. Add chopped ginger and green chilli as well as curry leaves.
  4. Allow them to splutter and add capsicum/bell peppers cut into strips.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes till soft.
  6. Add chopped cabbage and allow to cook for 7-8 minutes in open pan. Stir in between.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. Finely finish with generous amount of coriander leaves and crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lime.
  9. Serve hot with chapati, paratha or rice.
