Chawal ke Pakore | How to make Chawal ke Pakore
Chawal ke pakore is deep fried fritters or pakora usually served as a tea time snack.
  1. Mix everything except oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add enough water to make a batter of medium consistency.
  3. Heat oil till the point a smoke starts to appear.
  4. Reduce the heat slightly and check by dropping small spoonful of the batter if the batter remains together fry other chawal ke pakore similarly.
  5. Otherwise add 1-2 Tbsp of besan/gramflour and deep fry all the fritters or Chawal ke pakore.
  6. Serve hot with some fried green chilli (optional), ketchup or green chutney.
