Agua de Jamaica – Iced Hibiscus Tea
  1. Heat up the water to a boil.
  2. Switch off the heat, add in hibiscus flower (remove the stamens first), Assam tea bag cover and allow the flower to steep for 20-30 minutes. Strain and add honey or your preferred sweetener.
  3. Add ice cubes and some lemon juice as per your taste.
  4. Top it with some fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
