Lauki sabzi or Ghiya sabzi as it is known is simple everyday Indian curry. I make this North Indian style lauki sabzi recipe in a tangy curry with minimal spices. It tastes absolutely best with chapati or plain paratha. Or, Jammu style with steamed Basmati rice also It tastes delicious!
