Well! these are few of my favourite ingredients for making this green smoothie. Try to use baby spinach ( much fresh and sweeter in taste) or spinach which is not too old ( tastes bland ). Use either nuts, avocados or even some coconut for good fat. Smoothie will keep you satiated for long and tastes good. Some people use maple syrup or honey to sweeten it but I feel there is enough fruit to sweeten it as per our liking so I don't add any additional sweetener fruits are good for us. And did I tell you It tastes awesome! ...As I always say Healthy can be tasty too.
