Follow the steps given in the next slide

– 10 grams Cinnamon 1 inch pc – 2 Cardamom – 2 Cloves – 10 Saffron – 5 Almonds – 2 tablespoon Honey

1. In a small mortar and pestle crush together the cardamom, cloves,  cinnamon and saffron. 2. Cut Almonds into slivers or crush  them. Keep aside. 3. Heat 2 cups of water in a pan. 4. Once the water starts to boil  add crushed spices and tea leaves. 5. Turn off the heat and cover it  with the lid. 6. Let it steep for 1-2 minutes. 7. Strain and pour into cups.  Drizzle with honey and garnish with chopped almonds.
