Meal Preparation To Do On Weekends

  • Boil eggs ( Instant Pot method, Air Fryer Method, Stove Top Boiled Eggs)
  • Boil Potatoes (Here’s Hack)
  • Boil Dal

  • Chop onion, tomatoes, and other vegetables
  • Make Onion paste and tomato paste (It will be easier if you make Bhuna masala)
  • Ginger-garlic paste

There is so much to look forward to on Wednesday! Start your day on a cheesy note with cheesy Pasta in Ricotta sauce for breakfast, South-Indian style Ragi Idli Sambhar for Lunch and a dinner full of buttery and crispy Paneer Chur-chur naan and Chocolate Mug Cake.

Thursday

If you don’t eat non-veg on Thursday, we still got you covered! How does Papaya and Chocolate Parfait for breakfast sounds? Amazing we know. It is simple and easy to make too. After a healthy breakfast makes Quinoa Pulao for lunch and the popular Mathura Ke Dubki Wale Aloo, poori and Rice Kheer for dinner.

Friday

Its Weekend and if you still have work to do then Paneer Bhurji with leftover bread sounds like an ideal breakfast for you. After the work quickly makes Panjiri Laddoo and start prepping for  Sri Lankan Egg Curry for dinner. If you have friends coming over serve them with butter naan or steamed rice.

Saturday

Saturday is just perfect for homemade Bhaji with crispy buttery Pav. Enjoy the day and make tangy Aloo Katori Chaat for lunch and stuffed Paneer paratha with fresh curd for dinner.

If you are craving something sweet then make Vanilla idli cake with post dinner.

Sunday

Wake up late and enjoy making All-in-one Baked Omelette or Mumbai masala pav for brunch while sipping on your cup of coffee. If you are not dining out then make shahi paneer with butter naan and apple iced tea for a scrumptious dinner.
