Make an exciting vegetarian beetroot salad with good hit of goat cheese. Perfect for packing into a lunchbox boil the pasta a night before. you can slice the beetroot before night and store in an airtight container. Make Sure to pack the dressing separately.

Wednesday

For a healthy hearty meal, eggs are the way to go. And yoghurt never fails to add a refreshing delight to the day. For the meal prep You can boil eggs and make bhuna masala for for egg curry and store in the refrigerator as a meal prep.
Yogurt also can be set previous night or use the store bought container. For the sprout chaat,  prepare a big batch over the weekend and store them in the refrigerator. Just do not mix dressing and keep it separate.

Thursday

Lunch: Classic Creamy Pasta And Herbed Roasted Vegetables.

Snacks: Orange + Grapes

Try out this whole wheat pasta combo with roasted vegetables full of fibres, proteins and good carbs. prepare the boiled pasta and chop the vegetables overnight and store them in an airtight container to combine for the roasted vegetables in the morning.

Friday

Lunch: Mix Veg Pulao, Veggie Sticks, Yoghurt 

Snacks: Boiled Eggs + Apple
