How to make a Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Spinach leaves
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g Kiwi Fruit
  • 4 scoops protein powder
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • Filtered water as required

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the strawberries (incase you are using fresh strawberries ) and spinach.
  • Put strawberries, chopped kiwi, spinach, protein powder and water as required into the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients in on medium to high until all the ingredients come together in a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle chia seeds or sunflower seeds over the smoothie and enjoy !!
