Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet. or watch the video for the instructions.
Heat up 1 tablespoon butter in the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon maida to the pan and cook it on slow heat for 5-6 minutes to make the roux.
Cook it on slow heat so the rawness of flour is gone.
Add small amount of milk at a time and keep the sauce stirring till all milk is used up and the sauce starts to thicken up. Switch off the flame and keep the suace aside.

Now heat up a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and saute broccoli florets and kale or spinach whatever you are using. Saute till veggies are soft.
Add cooked pasta and white sauce you prepared earlier. Follow that up with salt, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Add grated cheese, mix everything well and serve it hot.
