Ingredients

  • 4 Egg eggs Salad made from Hard boiled Recipe here
  • ¼ Cup celery Chopped th
  • 4 - 6 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cheddar cheese Smoked {Optional} slices
  • 8 whole wheat bread slice

Instructions

  • Take 4 whole wheat breads and first of all place washed lettuce leaves as first layer.
  • Now place smoked cheddar cheese over it. I highly recommend it because it adds lots of smoky flavour to the sandwich. If you want to use any other cheese go ahead and use it.
  • Now equally divide egg salad over all four bread slices.
  • Top this filling with other bread slice and press to set it and trim away the edges.
  • Cut it diagonally and serve it fresh or pack it for later.
