Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake

Instructions

  • Crush the digestive biscuits and process the biscuits and melted butter in a food processor and blend it well.
  • Evenly spread the biscuit mixture across the bottom of the spring foam tin and place in the tin inside the refrigerator.
  • In a mixing bowl mix whipped cream then add mascarpone cheese, mix both with the gentle movements and tip in cocoa powder very gently mix well.
  • Now take out the biscuit lined cake tin, and spread the mixture over the biscuit base. Return this cake tin to the refrigerator and let it set for minimum one hour.
  • Make chocolate sauce by mixing the ingredients for chocolate sauce and stirring it gently until chocolate is melted.
  • Now finally takeout the cheesecake from the refrigerator take it out of spring form tin and spread the chocolate sauce over it. Top it with sliced strawberries, chocolate pieces, white chocolate drops and serve it chilled. Enjoy the delicious and rich Chocolate and strawberries cheesecake.
