In a blender whizz chia seeds, milk, water, cocoa powder, crushed chocolate, 2 tablespoon honey until smooth.
Pour this mixture into four serving bowl/glasses and place it in refrigerator to chill for two hours. Cutting chai glasses work fabulously good for this.
Heat a grilling pan over medium heat and drizzle banana slices with bit of honey. Place these banana slices over grill pan and cook each side for half a minute to one minute.
Sprinkle a pinch sea salt if you like to ( brings out the sweetness in any dessert ) and garnish with grilled banana and toasted coconut.
Serve immediately.
Top the puddings with banana and drizzle with pan juices. Sprinkle with the coconut chips, and cacao nibs, if using
