Chia Seeds and Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • chia seeds (ΒΌ cup) black ( Indian Sabza)
  • 2 cups milk mother dairy whole
  • 1.5 tablespoon coco unsweetened powder
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 banana large , sliced
  • Pinch sea salt flakes
  • coconut Roasted flakes {optional }

Instructions

  • In a blender whizz chia seeds, milk, water, cocoa powder, crushed chocolate, 2 tablespoon honey until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture into four serving bowl/glasses and place it in refrigerator to chill for two hours. Cutting chai glasses work fabulously good for this.
  • Heat a grilling pan over medium heat and drizzle banana slices with bit of honey. Place these banana slices over grill pan and cook each side for half a minute to one minute.
  • Sprinkle a pinch sea salt if you like to ( brings out the sweetness in any dessert ) and garnish with grilled banana and toasted coconut.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Top the puddings with banana and drizzle with pan juices. Sprinkle with the coconut chips, and cacao nibs, if using
