Almonds and Dates Granola Bars and Badam Ke Laddoo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup dates seedless ground to paste
  • ½ cup seed mix ( chironji s, melon s, roasted flex s)

For muesli

  • ½ cup corn flakes
  • ¼ cup wheat flakes
  • ½ cup oats rolled
  • 1 tablespoon almonds sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dried fruits
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • I keep my muesli ready all the time so use it as it is.
  • Otherwise you can make fresh muesli just for this or use store bought in equal measurement.
  • To make home made muesli, mix all the ingredients for muesli together and in pre heated oven bake for 7-8 min at 180C. Let it cool and store in air tight container.
  • To put everything together mix all above mentioned ingredients and in a baking pan spread everything in a thick layer. Press everything tightly so that everything comes together.
  • Let ot set in fridge for 30 minutes and cut into pieces
  • For making laddoo divide the mixture into 8 portion equally and roll in palms of your hands.
