Quick Radish Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon Onion chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ¼ Ajwain caraway seeds or
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste chili powder Red
  • 1 Green chili chopped
  • 1.5 Cups Radish grated
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, heat it till smoke starts coming out and let it cool for 2 minutes.
  • Again switch on heat and add cumin seeds and caraway seeds, immediately add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes till onion are translucent.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, and red chili powder.
  • Finally add grated radish, mix well and cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
