Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, heat it till smoke starts coming out and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Again switch on heat and add cumin seeds and caraway seeds, immediately add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes till onion are translucent.
Add turmeric powder, salt, and red chili powder.
Finally add grated radish, mix well and cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
