Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 300 g Pumpkin grated
  • a pinch Cardamom powder
  • 4 tablespoon almonds Slivered
  • 10 - 12 Saffron thread
  • 2 - 3 cardamom Green
  • 4 scoops protein powder

Instructions

  • Heat up the milk and cook grated pumpkin till it becomes soft.
  • After 20-30 minutes when it starts to thicken mash the pumpkin with back of a ladle.
  • Add chopped pistachio, saffron, cardamom chopped almonds, raisins sugar and mix well.
  • allow the milk mixture to cool down and pour into kulfi /popsicle molds
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours and serve.
