- 500 ml Milk
- 300 g Pumpkin grated
- a pinch Cardamom powder
- 4 tablespoon almonds Slivered
- 10 - 12 Saffron thread
- 2 - 3 cardamom Green
- 4 scoops protein powder
Heat up the milk and cook grated pumpkin till it becomes soft.
After 20-30 minutes when it starts to thicken mash the pumpkin with back of a ladle.
Add chopped pistachio, saffron, cardamom chopped almonds, raisins sugar and mix well.
allow the milk mixture to cool down and pour into kulfi /popsicle molds
Freeze for 6-8 hours and serve.
