Ingredients
For aloo filling,

cup
potatoes
mashed and boiled
2-3
tablespoon
coriander leaves
chopped

teaspoon
green chilis
finely chopped
Salt to taste

Red Chilli powder

For the besan Batter

gram flour

carom seeds/ajwain

Instructions
For making Aloo stuffing, mix boiled potatoes, spice powders, coriander leaves and anardana and mix them well.
Mix the batter ingredients together with as much water needed to make a smooth thick batter.
Take Two bread slices,apply mashed potato filling on both sides, spread it well with your hands.
Place a paneer slice in the middle and stack them together as sandwiches.
Dip in batter and deep fry until golden brown.
2) Another stuffing for Bread Pakora
Same besan batter.
Take three slices of bread , on one slice apply tomato sauce - spread it evenly, place a paneer slice on it.
Spread some sauce on the bread to be placed on top. Cover it with that slice.
Now spread green chutney on that slice and place a paneer slice in top.
Season the paneer with some crushed pepper and salt.
Spread green chutney on another slice of bread and cover the paneer to make a triple Decker sandwich.
Heat up the oil in a kadahi.
When oil is hot, dip the stuffed bread in chickpeas flour pakora batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Notes
While frying the pakoras in hot oil, keep pouring a bit of oil on top for even cooking.
