Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder dalchini
  • A pinch of clove powder lavang
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder elaichi
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pour in the coconut milk, almond milk, peeled mango in a mixer jar nd blend them.
  • Add cinnamon powder, clove powder and cardamom powder to this mix and blend again.
  • When it looks smooth, add honey and vanilla extract and blend once again.
  • Take it out in a bowl and add chia seeds to it.
  • Mix well and put it in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy it next day or in 8 hours.
  • Serve it in a dessert glass topped with some caramelised chopped almonds and thin mango slices.
