Start with prepping for the recipe.
Boil Potatoes and peel them well. Now, cut them in pieces and keep them aside.
Finely chop the onions and keep them aside.
After that, chop tomatoes and keep them aside as well.
When you are done with the prep, take a mixing bowl and add fresh corn, potatoes, onion, and tomatoes.
Now, add chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves.
Add red chili powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, pudina powder, sugar, black salt and salt to taste.
Then add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
With the help of a spoon or two, mix the ingredients well.
Sprinkle some sev and serve them in a bowl with tamarind or green chutney.
