Ingredients

  • 2 slice Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ teaspoon toasted Sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro

Instructions

  • Cut Avocado into two half and remove the pit. Take one half and while holding it together thinly slice it. Do not separate the avocado slices yet.
  • Toast Sourdough bread slice in a toaster or on the pan after applying olive oil or butter. Toast it till golden brown from both sides.
  • Now place the sliced avocado over toasted bread and slightly spread it like a fan.
  • Now sprinkle some sesame seeds, black sesame, sea salt flakes and lemon zest. You have a delicious breakfast ready in minutes.

Notes

  • If you are making mashed avocado toast do not directly mash it over toast. That will make the toast soggy.
  • To Make Keto friendly avocado toast use keto bread.
  • If you like to make it gluten-free use a gluten-free bread.
