How to Make CFC Tea

CFC tea is a popular name for cumin fennel and coriander tea. This tea is well known for it’s health benefits of detoxing, debloating, helping improve digestion, weight loss and metabolism booster. Here’s a recipe for making CFC tea.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 4 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 4 teaspoons fennel seeds

Instructions

  • To make CFC tea add ½ teaspoon each of cumin seeds, coriander seed and fennel seeds in the boiling water.
  • Cover and let it simmer in water for at least 5 minutes, pour and enjoy it warm or hot.

Notes

You can make the CCF tea mixture in advance by mixing equal parts of cumin, coriander and fennel seeds. Store it in an airtight jar and use it while making tea.
I prefer to add them individually from their containers while making tea.
