Now add mango puree, sugar. Cook this mixture for a few minutes till sugar melts completely and mixture starts to thicken.
Now add desiccated coconut milk powder, cardamom powder. With a spetula and give it a good mix and cook for another few minutes till the mixture is completely well blended and thick.
Now Grease a plate and using a spatula flatten it into a layer.
Garnish with chopped pistachio and allow to set and cool down.
Cut into desired shape and sizes and enjoy!
