Ingredients

  • 3 large onions sliced
  • 1 cup malai
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onions.
  • Fry the onions until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and red chili powder to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  • Add the malai to the pan and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and stir the mixture.
  • Cook the mixture on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
