Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoons tea or green tea bags
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Mint leaves optional

Instructions

  • Start by infusing tea leaves In a teapot with an infuser, add 1 tablespoon of your favorite loose tea leaves.
  • Pour the boiling water into the teapot and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
  • While the tea steeps, take a serving glass and add 1 sliced kiwi, a handful of fresh mint leaves, and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Muddle the ingredients together gently to release the flavors.
  • Garnish with mint leaves (optional) and serve over ice.
