Tandoori Gobhi - Tandoori Gobhi in Microwave

Ingredients

  • 300 g Cauliflower/gobhi
  • 20-25 crushed almonds
  • ΒΌ cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kasturi methi
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or oil spray

Instructions

  • First of all make tandoori marinade in a bowl
  • Mix in yogurt with Red chilli sauce, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala powder, Kasuri methi, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix that well. Now add cauliflower / gobhi florets in this bowl and coat well with the marinade.
  • Keep this for 2 hours in the fridge and then take it out.
  • Skew these cauliflower pieces in rotisserie attachment that comes with the LG microwave.
  • Press crushed almonds over the cauliflower pieces firmly and spray with oil spray or brush lightly with oil.
  • Secure this rotisserie attachment in the microwave.
  • From the Charcoal Auto cook menu select the option of Tandoori gobhi (menu number 4)
  • Add the weight of ingredients by rotating the dial and press start.
  • Sit back and watch rotisserie working to get you a perfectly tandoori style cauliflower.
