First of all make tandoori marinade in a bowl
Mix in yogurt with Red chilli sauce, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala powder, Kasuri methi, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Mix that well. Now add cauliflower / gobhi florets in this bowl and coat well with the marinade.
Keep this for 2 hours in the fridge and then take it out.
Skew these cauliflower pieces in rotisserie attachment that comes with the LG microwave.
Press crushed almonds over the cauliflower pieces firmly and spray with oil spray or brush lightly with oil.
Secure this rotisserie attachment in the microwave.
From the Charcoal Auto cook menu select the option of Tandoori gobhi (menu number 4)
Add the weight of ingredients by rotating the dial and press start.
