Cut boiled potatoes into small cubes.
Heat ghee in a pan, add ginger and green chilli along with cumin seeds.
Cook for a minute and add boiled and cubed potatoes.
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and add cumin powder, red chilli powder, Salt, coriander powder, mango powder and stir well to combine.
Cook for 2-3 minutes in 2-3 more minutes on slow heat. Add 1-2 tablespoon of water if required.
Switch off the heat and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped coriander before serving.
You can serve these spicy falahari potato with kootu ki roti for vrat. You can serve them as it is or with whole wheat paratha.
