Take a bowl and stir in honey and cardamom powder in the almond milk.
Whisk it and tip in chia seed in this bowl. Soak the chia seed in almond milk for minimum 4-8 hours and keep this bowl in refrigerator all this while. You can soak chia seeds overnight as well.
In a small blender jar blend together all the berries except 2-3 from each variety.
now to assemble this tilt the serving glass and pour berries puree and follow it up with chia seeds mix and top it with remaining whole berries, apricot and some lemon zest. Serve it chilled
