Ingredients

  • 210 grams moong whole sprouted (2 cup)
  • 100 grams basmati rice cooked (.4Cup)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon masala multani
  • 2 tbsps coriander / cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint chutney

Instructions

  • Steam whole sprouted moong dal in a steamer. If you don't have steamer, place moong beans in a strainer which is placed on a pot of boiling water cover it with a plate and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • Now in a bowl add this sprouted and steamed moong beans cooked basmati rice (you can make fresh or use leftovers) and add rest of the ingredients one by one.
  • Toss them to combine well and enjoy the spicy and tangy Multani moong chawal chaat.

Notes

Fridge Tip/Storage Tip
you can boil rice and steam moong during weekend and store it in fridge for 4-5 days and use it as required for this Multani moong chawal or another recipe that I am sharing which is made with sprouted moong.
