Steam whole sprouted moong dal in a steamer. If you don't have steamer, place moong beans in a strainer which is placed on a pot of boiling water cover it with a plate and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Now in a bowl add this sprouted and steamed moong beans cooked basmati rice (you can make fresh or use leftovers) and add rest of the ingredients one by one.
Toss them to combine well and enjoy the spicy and tangy Multani moong chawal chaat.
