- 200 g mangoes Chopped
- 50 g Avocado
- 2 tablespoon Red onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Serrano Peppers
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Roast Serrano peppers on direct flame so that these are lightly charred.
Chop the peppers into small pieces
Mix rest of the ingredients except coriander leaves and toss them gently.
Serve the salsa in a bowl garnish it with coriander leaves, and serve it immediately with tortilla chips.
