Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs Whole large
  • .25 cups celery
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil mayonnaise (reduced fat )
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • .5 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • .5 tablespoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the eggs in cold water over medium-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Peel shells and chop these boiled eggs into 8 pieces each.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl whisk it and keep the dressing aside.
  • Place chopped eggs and celery in a serving bowl and drizzle the desired amount of dressing over eggs. Season it with sea salt, pepper and serve the egg salad.
