Place all the eggs in cold water over medium-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
Peel shells and chop these boiled eggs into 8 pieces each.
Mix in mayonnaise, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl whisk it and keep the dressing aside.
Place chopped eggs and celery in a serving bowl and drizzle the desired amount of dressing over eggs. Season it with sea salt, pepper and serve the egg salad.
