  • 400 g papaya Chopped
  • 200 G strawberries
  • 50 g seeds pomegranet
  • ½ kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 80 G almonds soaked ( peel removed)
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds


  • Mix all the ingredients together add a cup of water and pulse them in a blender or nutribullet till very smooth. Serve it chilled
