First of all start with preparing cold ingredients and salad dressing because whenever we are mixing hot and cold ingredients first thing to prepare is cold food that will keep hot food hot/warm.
In a bowl First of all add pomegranate seeds and chopped mint and cilantro leaves. Toss them well and keep aside.
In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients of salad dressing with a fork and keep it aside.
Heat 500 ml water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add fresh shelled peas in the boiling water cook them for two minutes.
Drain out peas from the water and immediately add it the bowl in which you have kept pomegranate seeds.
Toss them well and finely mix the salad dressing and transfer them in a serving bowl .
Top it with Feta cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes, serve it warm immediately.
