Heat oil in the pan.
Add bhuna masala paste in the pan.
Add grated ginger next, followed by black pepper powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.
Now add 2 tablespoon of water and cook the masala paste.
Add one cup green peas and cook them for 5-6 minutes.
At this stage add sliced mushrooms and mix the peas and mushroom well with masala.
Add skimmed milk, stir it well and cover it with lid.
Now cook the matar mushroom curry for 7-8 minutes and finally garnish with green coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime/lemon.
