Soak hazelnuts for 2-3 hours and grind into fine paste.
Take 2-3 tablespoon of milk and mix cocoa powder in it, keep it aside.
Heat milk and bring it to boil.
Mix cocoa mixture bit by bit and keep stirring with a steel balloon whisk.
Finally mix hazelnut paste and whisk the mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and pour in cups to serve it.
