1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley leaves (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
In a large pot boil water and add salt.
Add pasta and cook it till al dente.
Drain pasta and reserve ½ cup of water.
To make four-cheese sauce heat butter in a pan add garlic and cook it for 1 min. Add in the all-purpose flour and cook on slow heat until very lightly browned (1 minute)
Switch off the heat and whisk in milk, cream and Italian seasoning.
Switch on the heat add ½cup of pasta water. keep it whisking till the sauce starts to thicken.
Add in Go four-cheese blend and cook the sauce till slightly thickened.
Now adjust salt as per taste and add black pepper.
Add cooked pasta and gently combine to coat it well with this four-cheese sauce.
