  • Stick blender (Indian)


  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tablespoon gulkand
  • 4 betel leaves
  • ½ cup water
  • 10 Ice cubes


  • To start with, firstly, chop betel leaves in a blender jar.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of the gulkand.
  • Now, add curd to this bowl.
  • Add water and ice cubes
  • Blend the curd and the mixture properly until it mixes properly.
  • Now, pour in a glass garnish with chopped pistachios
  • Your Paan Lassi is ready to be served.
